A judge threw out Angelina Jolie’s motions to dismiss Brad Pitt’s lawsuit over their French vineyard — a major victory for the A-lister that could pave the way for the former couple’s fraught case to go to trial.

Jolie, 49, filed motions to dismiss claims Pitt, 60, made against her concerning a verbal agreement over their 50-50 ownership of Château Miraval — which she said had been nullified during a non-disclosure agreement regarding their marriage.

But on Friday a judge threw out Jolie’s motions, court documents showed — suggesting the judge may have found basis in Pitt’s claims that their original verbal agreement stood, and that she may have violated them when she sold her shares of the winery to Stoli Group around 2021.

“The judge found credibility in Brad’s case, paving the way for the matter to proceed to trial. This latest ruling represents another pre-trial victory for Pitt, adding to his momentum in the ongoing legal battle,” a source close to the case told The Post.

Pitt and Jolie — who split in 2016 — have been sparring for years over their profitable French vineyard, with the actor claiming she violated an agreement they’d made to sell their shares to each other before offering them to an outside entity.

He claims she violated that agreement in her sale to Stoli — and in 2022 sued her for at least $67 million.

But in the spring, Jolie claimed she tried to sell to Pitt first, but that he refused unless she signed an NDA she claims was intended to cover up alleged abuse of her and their kids.

Pitt’s attorneys denied abuse allegations, while Jolie said a renegotiation of the sale terms during that supposed dispute freed her from their previous verbal agreement.

He then responded with his own claim, alleging it was Jolie who wanted the NDA.

Through her lawyers, Jolie previously called on her ex — who she shares six kids with — to end the legal fighting for the sake of their family, but the source close to the case said she’s actually been trying to leverage their family for her gain.

“This is a straightforward business dispute, but unfortunately, the other side has consistently introduced personal elements which have exposed the weaknesses in their case and complicated and lengthened the proceedings,” the source said.

The couple have also been embroiled in a heated custody battle over their kids, with Pitt supposedly having “virtually no contact” with their youngest kids, 15-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne, according to Page Six.

Their 18-year-old daughter Shiloh no longer uses Pitt’s name, following in the footsteps of Vivienne and Zahara, their 19-year-old daughter.
